Do a fruit juice fast every Tuesday

Get enough sleep

Go to bed at 11pm every night and get up 6.30am

Do breathing exercise

Spend 5 minutes on optimum breathing first thing when I get up

Get regular lymphatic  massage

Go for lymphatic massage every fortnight

Play games

Play squash every Saturday with Joe

Take up Latin dancing

Sign-up for dance class once a week and go out dancing every fortnight
